Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 150 per hour applies from 11:00 AM up until 1:00 PM, after 1:00 PM guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay. The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation. Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check-out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card. • NO SMOKING INSIDE • Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3500 to AED 5000 for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
